FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 17, 2015

Andy Martin seeks a “level playing field” when a hearing convenes on his challenge to Bernie Sanders’ ballot eligibility in New Hampshire; Andy’s petition is also calling out the “political class” in New Hampshire. Andy seeks a postponement of his ballot challenge hearing to the week of November 30th so witnesses can be subpoenaed. Andy is also asking Governor Hassan to give the Ballot Law Commission a web site.

Andy is one of the nation’s most experienced and aggressive administrative law and election law litigators. For example, he tried the first bank holding company case at the Federal Reserve Board over forty years ago.

In 2016 Andy’s family celebrates 100 years in Manchester, New Hampshire. “A hundred years in a town is a long time,” he says. “My family arrived at the same time as the New Hampshire presidential primary, in 1916.”

WATCH FOR: How an obscure New Hampshire pop-up state agency is about to make political history. Andy will provide his insight into the significance of his challenge to Bernie Sanders.
